We believe Wood is stil the best material in boat construction. Especially after the modern construction techniques eliminating the small flows like distention and
shrinking.
BODY
All the boats are realized by Professional personel with epokxi system. The bodies of the parts of the boats that are about 12 meter are made by using first class 3 layers 6 mm teak, mahagony, saphelli trees. After the 12 meters, all the boats are made by using the same trees, with 7 mm 5 layers with a technique called lamination ( pasting ). The 6 th layer is realizedwith pressing without using drift pin,screw or any other connectors. All the frame curves, deck beams, and corners are made with the same process.
INTERIOR DESIGN
The interior designs of the boats are made by expert personel giving importance to have the warm and refreshing color of the wood using oak, ash – tree, Teak,Saphelli, Magogany, Sipo Mahogany - tree woods. The whole production including the hardware is realized according to CE regulations.
DECK
Since it needs special care, the whole of it is realized by using TEAK kind of wood and sicaflex system.
